that you are Attending a class there are things you
need to BRING

What YOU need to BRING:
-Towel (large bath or beach) or yoga
mat-something to sit and lay on (not the carpet).
-hand towel or bandana if you sweat. |

What WILL be
PROVIDED:
Water, cups, restrooms, guidance during each
assisted stretch, and demo of each.
Most of the stretching will take place on the
floor (be sure you can get up and down from the
floor). you will be sitting, on your back, and
possibly on your stomach

What to WEAR:
Comfortable loose fitting clothing
(moveable)-sweatpants, t-shirt or long sleeve
(depends on your temperature), spandex.
Make sure what you wear does NOT expose yourself
to your pair/giver. This is family friendly/PG
rated.
Think of it like a yoga, exercise type class.
