Providing my patients with pain relief, high quality professionalism, and personalized massage therapy sessions reducing their pain to enjoy a more full life. I love and enjoy helping people hence why I have stayed a LMT for over 30 years now. I have worked with many ailments, injuries and pain. I have guided patients towards a healthier halppier way of life through posture creating less strain on muscles and joints while working. My mission has been and still is to help reduce stress, aches and pains while increasing overall health and  wellness. Massage therapy has been my life and will be my foundation.
